Meet the “Professional Juggler”
Aiesha ‘Esh’ Francis sees life as a series of episodic cliffhangers, prequels and sequels. Aiesha’s purpose-driven media life, started during childhood when she noticed few who looked like her in cartoons, TV shows, or magazine ads. Committed to making exceptional branded content, Aiesha made diversity in media her mission.
Unlike most, Aiesha ‘stayed tuned’ during commercials and TV became the backdrop to EVERYTHING. 24/7 TV watching was definitely frowned upon by her mom - who later forgave her when she got into Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School Of Public Communications, and eventually became part of an Emmy Award winning team at NBCUniversal!
Aiesha’s ability to ‘juggle’ simultaneous promotions and relentless drive for progress led her to create unique branded content, multiple print ads and commercials during her career. Every opportunity uncovered another alter-ego and media platform to explore. Career homes have included WarnerMedia, ViacomCBS, NBCUniversal and SiriusXM.

What People Are Saying
“As my Director on Emmy winning Transmedia series, Last Chance Kitchen, Aiesha's leadership and multi-tasking abilities were unparalleled. From pitching to execution, Aiesha is a true marketing professional that constantly goes the extra mile for clients and her internal team. I am fortunate to have learned from her and look forward to seeing what we'll encounter on our next innovative and first to market campaign. ”
— Greg Kehres, Former Direct Report to Aiesha Francis at NBCUniversal/Bravo
“Few people have contributed to my career development in the way Aiesha has. When I was struggling to stand out as an entry-level PR candidate, she steered me in the right direction. In Fall 2020, she scheduled weekly Zoom meetings where she helped me reconstruct my resume, recommended more effective avenues for job searching, and most importantly helped me in discovering my career objective and building a professional identity. I have greatly benefitted from Aiesha’s guidance and encouragement.”
— Camille Allen, Digital Marketing/PR Specialist
MENTEE Sep 2020-Present
“Aiesha served as my Mentor during my time as a virtual intern at SiriusXM. She was committed to helping me learn and grow both professionally and personally. Her excellent leadership and storytelling were used to teach me a multitude of skills, including how to write on-air copy for brand partnerships. Aiesha helped to make my time at SiriusXM invaluable by showing me what it takes to be a true marketing professional.”
— Elizabeth Hecht, Former SiriusXM Intern
“Aiesha Francis is a tremendous worker and an even better person. Anytime our worlds have crossed, particularly for remote broadcasts involving ad buys with HBO and Showtime, her coordination and attention to detail was always top notch. Additionally, her concern for the well-being of our folks, whether it be on the travel and lodging front or on the content procurement front, she was clear with her effort and assistance from launch to execution. It’s always a pleasure to work with Aiesha.”
